“We had a great stay at this property. Bobbi-Sue’s prompt communication, friendly and energetic personality, and kindness, made our stay even more amazing. She is what we all need in the hospitality industry these days. Wish she could be there at every property we check into. The room was nice and spacious, for its size. The outdoor property area is so beautiful. The place was safe and clean.”

“The room was super clean. The jacuzzi bath was amazing although I didn’t use the jets it was perfect for recovering from the hikes we did. The bed was nice….not as soft as I like but still very easy to fall asleep in.
Our rooms were quiet. Fireplace was amazing. Loved the kitchen. It was so spacious.
The only downside was no food. And the food places in town are not the best…slow, expensive, and there’s so much traffic. It’s best to buy your own groceries and cook.
And it’s surrounded by so……

“The house was clean and well maintained. It was in a great location to get to the Franconia attractions. We would have liked some better quality pans in the kitchen and pillows in the bedroom, but that wouldn't prevent me from staying there again.”

“Property was very clean. This is a 2 bedroom property. 1 bedroom has a full/queen bed. 2nd bedroom is 2 twin beds and the way the bedroom is designed there is no way to put the beds together. Living room area had 2 sofas. 1 sofa was very uncomfortable! Restaurants and convenience store/gas station within minutes.”

“Well first off the ad on VRBO is inaccurate. It’s not entire house it’s an apartment. The pictures show entire house. Then once you get the information to be able to check in the place it tells you a unit number. Some of the outlets do not work. The batteries in the tv remote were corroded had to purchase new ones to be able to watch tv. We booked this place going off the fact that it said entire house and we thought it would not have a lot of stairs since I was bringing my elderly parent who……

“Cute cabin location by the river with river access. They have a game room, fire pit, grill, and out door oven. Easy check in.
It is outdated but feels like camping in a real cabin. There are heaters but they're not powerfull enough to keep you warm. It is cold at night. (Plan ahead for that).
I would come back and pack a heating blanket next time.”
