Please leave the property in a generally tidy condition.
Restrooms: We kindly request that only toilet paper be flushed down the toilet. Wet wipes, including those labeled as flushable, should not be flushed as they can clog the sewer system.
Food Items: Please refrain from disposing of food in the garbage disposal.
Smoking: Our property is strictly non-smoking indoors. Smoking is permitted only outside the home. Any smoking indoors, whether cigarettes or cannabis, will incur a $300 fine.
Candles: For safety reasons, the use of candles is prohibited within the premises.
Damage: Accidents can happen; please notify us immediately if anything is damaged so we can arrange for replacement or repair.

Garbage: We request that guests who stay Monday night put the trash cans to the street. All 3 cans go out every week, unless they are empty. Please make sure they clips are in place or the raccoons will make a huge mess. Please pull the cans back in on Tuesday, if you are still at the home. Do not put trash in the green waste bin. This creates a huge mess that is difficult to clean. Also do not overfill the cans. They must close to keep the raccoons out.
Pets: Regrettably, pets are not permitted due to the property's carpeted nature.
Furniture: Please avoid rearranging furniture, as it can lead to damage and complicate the housekeeping process.
BBQ: In the event that the BBQ is left uncleaned after use, a $100 cleaning fee will be charged to your Airbnb account. This fee is necessary to ensure the space is ready and enjoyable for all guests. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation!
Lost Items: Take care not to leave any belongings behind, as we cannot package and ship forgotten items.
