“Our room had an awful musty smell. When we asked the front desk if there was something we could do, we were told that housekeeping did not show that day but offered to come and spray lemon scented Lysol. We discovered the AC was leaking, causing the carpet to be soaked in a large ring on that side of the room. We assume this was causing the smell. We stayed for 3 nights and never had housekeeping pick up or drop off new towels.”

“As soon as we got there, we were informed the pool was broken (part reason we booked this stay). After a day, we needed more towels and we called the front desk and nobody answered, then we sent a text and they called saying they were short staffed and it was only them so we would have to get the towels ourselves. We went down to the front desk and asked for towels and the lady replied with a rude tone “which ones!?” And we said all of them and then we asked got another role of toilet paper and……
