“Very pleasant stay. Nice breakfast. Neat and clean room. Very green hotel and rewarded with a free drink at the bar if you choose not to make up the room. Also, the hotel offered to change my room at once since there was abit problem with the water sink. ”

“A very nice new hotels in a great location close to the old town in Ljubljana. Very convenient, within walking distance of almost all of the main sights and by a very nice public square. Plenty of good bars and restaurants nearby. Room was comfortable with a nice shower and comfy beds. Although we had an internal facing room with no view, the room was therefore quiet. Was cheaper than some upmarket alternatives which when we arrived we saw were much further away from the main sights. Would stay……

“於15/12預訂入住，18/12去到酒店才發現酒店有工程暫停營業，獲安排到同集團U Hotel入住。臨時要更改所有Local tour的酒店接送地點。加上酒店並無車接載你到他們安排的U Hotel ，要在下雨天自行拖行李箱前往。雖然安排的U Hotel 不錯，也相對較便利。但如預計在工程期間不接待客人，那便不應在3天前還接受預訂，或要在預訂前說明一下。”

“This was an excellent location. There is nothing better than opening the double windows to look into the square below and hear the church bells. Location is perfect in old town. A bit away from the noisy area but a very short stroll to the action. Check in was easy and the room is really well done. I would highly recommend. ”

The welcome was good - we were greeted with options for a drink (we had the local blueberry liqueur) and given some helpful info on getting around and to Lake Bled. The room was fine (room 1, a superior double room overlooking the street). It lacked a couple of key items, like a waste basket in the room (there was just one in the bathroom), and the tea and coffee options were very……
