“The gentleman who checked me in was very gracious and helpful when I arrived. I had booked only a half hour earlier online and didn’t realize the date was wrong. I found myself unexpectedly needing overnight accommodations and arrived a bit discombobulated. He was very nice, figured it all out and had me checked in fairly quickly. When I visited the bistro area the cook/server was another very friendly and accommodating individual. Beyond that, the room was clean and fresh smelling. The……
