“客房乾淨”

“Very clean”

“We stayed in Room 408 for three nights. The bed linens were nice, and the room was cozy, as expected. However, the bathroom was so small it was difficult to turn around in, and the water pressure was poor. It was also hard to adjust the water temperature. For a hotel describing itself as “luxury,” we were also surprised there was no minibar, coffee machine, or refrigerator. At around $700 per night, we expected these basic amenities to be included. We’ll look for other options next time for……

“good stay and extremely nice staff. one thing i’d change was i wish there was an only female bathroom. i thought the reviews said there was, but every bathroom we went to use there was men using them. i found it odd considering there are two bathrooms on every floor. just something to take into consideration for solo female travelers / younger females traveling together. it was a bit weird to shower with an old man walking around barefoot outside the door.”

“飯店周圍有許多花店，環境很好，隔音也不錯 有附很簡單的早餐 缺點是房間打掃速度很慢，常常到下午五點還沒有打掃好 寄放行李要收費”

“Waiting for elevators took ages. Asked for house keeping at 8am, no one came to clean when I went back at 2:30 pm. Had to go down to concierge to ask for housekeeping as the call to concierge was on hold for more than 5 minutes. The concierge staff called house keeping in front of me and gave me a dirty look saying loudly to the housekeeper that the customer is complaining.”

“Unpleasant experience ”

“Hotel rooms are outdated, but location is very convenient if you take trains to/ from Penn station”

“很好 就是停車不方便”
