"We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. We were in town for a wedding about two hours north of NYC, but wanted to stay close to the airport for the convenience of getting back and forth. The area around the hotel is busy and safe, so we felt comfortable walking around at all hours. Check-in was fast and easy and our room was clean and comfortable. The room was up-to-date and fairly quiet, considering where it's located. Breakfast is offered at the restaurant downstairs for $17 a person and is buffet style. It was fine, but we did not return after the first trip, though, the staff were very nice. I wanted to specifically give a shout out to Adrianna at the front desk. She was very kind and helped us with luggage hold. After we checked out since we had a late flight. She made sure we were taken care of and helped us catch a shuttle to the airport when we were ready. I do really appreciate that the hotel offers luggage holds, valet parking, and a free airport shuttle. The shuttle driver was also super kind! I would definitely recommend this hotel if you're staying in Flushing or around the airport."

"Very poorly maintained property. Fridge had dirt and mold around the outside of it. Bed sheets had stains on it, same with pillow cases. Comforter had cigarette holes in them. Ice machine kept beeping very loudly every 2 hours and staff had to come manually reset it every time it happened. Wouldn’t recommend staying here. Don’t believe any reviews over 2/10 that you see."

"The rooms were decent, it was just inconvenient that in order to get your room cleaned daily you’d have to let the staff know and even if you left the sign on, your room wouldn’t be cleaned. I let the staff know and my room was not cleaned, so the cleanliness wasn’t all there but it does have a hidden gym, small fish pool area, even massage chairs and a big laundry mat within the hotel which was very convenient. If you’re going to Manhattan though prepare to take about an hour in subway and buses to get there. The staff were friendly though and for the most part helpful. I would wish that you could just get your room cleaned without having to ask them or at least they let you know in advance I was always on the go so letting them know before I left was difficult and calling the hotel can be a hassle as they don’t answer the phones often."
