“Property was fine . Room coffee maker didn’t work. Said they would look into it and didn’t. Also chair arms were loose on room chairs .”

“The room was not clean. The heating/cooling unit was covered with dust which blew out when you turned it on. The tv did not work. The shower was lukewarm and the hook in the bathroom kept falling off. The phone had a red light which indicated you had a message. We called and they said to ignore the light. We had to cover it up as it kept blinking. You are charged a fee to use the safe and you must request that it be taken off it you did not use it. I would never advise staying here and so regret……
