“Quiet clean room on Lake Michigan ”

“Rooms were very clean and well kept. ”

“room door wouldnt stay shut, bedding was stained heavily, pillows were as thin as paper and bed was very old and uncomfortable, had to unplug the lights to turn them off, toilet was dirty, towels were gross, see through curtains, all around not a great experience but had no choice ”

“Everything in room was functional.. in need of paint and minor repairs. Spa tub worked perfectly. Bed was comfy. The room itself was reasonably clean. Staff was ok. Cordial enough..”

“This is a great place. Immaculately clean, quiet, and very nicely appointed. We had everything we needed and the staff was helpful and friendly. Close to town (by car) and lovely view of the lake. ”

“Lobby and breakfast area was clean and tidy, it’s always nice to walk in a hotel and see a nice sitting area with a fireplace and big stair case going up. Room was clean and the temperature control was easy to operate. The one thing we did notice was seemingly how thin the doors were. Starting around 5am we could all of our neighbors plain as day opening and closing their doors, talking, knocking, etc. Maybe that’s just hotels in general? Other than that it’s a great hotel when staying in……

“Great food, good location ”

“My girl friend and I wanted a get away weekend for Valentines day. After we checked in we were informed that the pool was closed for unknown reasons and we could drive three miles to another hotel to use their pool. We were also told that the water was being shut off at 9:00 am on our last day. Add in the constant dog barking down the hall and my perfect weekend wasn't so perfect.”

“The room was nice, walls were a little thin and can hear rooms above you if music is turned up. Everything else was as expected. I'd like to see the place in the summer! The staff were nice and the breakfast was good ”
