“In the middle of a remodel. Our room wasn't quite finished- no soap or shampoo in the bath. Lack of towels (only 2 bath towels,1 hand towl), lack of pillows (3 standard pillows for a king bed) no more available. Smelt like dog pee & lysol at the front desk. Breakfast room was very dirty, garbage bins had sticky stuff all over the front of it, floors dirty, empty coffee pots in lobby , dogs sitting on the couch. Nasty.”
