“This place is a DUMP, STAY AWAY. Its barely better than being homeless. The price for a room is over 100 dollars a night. The building smells, immediately upon walking in, the rooms are no better. Its a 3 story building with NO ELEVATOR just stairs. So if you are disabled or have a bunch of luggage you're screwed. You have to ask for a bottom floor room, which is the SMOKING room floor. My room had a chair in the corner with tears in it and stuffing hanging out. The TV didnt work, I had to take……

“The first room provided had a smoke smell. We had to take all are luggage back to the first floor front desk. We changed rooms. There is a swimming pool but in the Winter, we enjoy the spa but they didnt provide it. My son was cold so he wanted to take a bath but the water stopper was broken. Staff tried to fix it but she said tomorrow at 7 am people could come to fix it or we could change rooms again. We do not appreciate the service but we did not want to change rooms again.
