“The rooms have excellent amenities. One of few hotels I stay at where you can turn on the shower without getting sprayed with cold water. Super comfortable beds, spacious rooms, ironing board and iron, and I had one of the best steaks I’ve ever eaten downstairs at the Whiskey bar. ”
“New lobby bar was really nice. Had wine and appetizers....very good. Left house keeping indicator on to have room refreshed....it wasn't done by late afternoon so called and then they sent staff. Also pillows easily went flat ( probably feather pillows) had to ask for 2 more. Service was great otherwise. The complementary " wine tasting" of a red and white wine were definitely low end wines ...so much that they could've been from a box. I couldn't drink them after the first couple of sips. Not a……
“This property was perfect for our overnight stay. A few things around the hotel were showing some wear & tear, like the carpet in the halls and some of the door edges. Expected with an older hotel but certainly did not disrupt our visit. Enjoyed the hot tub briefly & breakfast was nice. ”
“Charming older property full of character but with current comfort. No coffee in room only bummer but the price was right and great location for daytime activities. Gated parking well worth it but has maybe 15-20 spots so get there early. A second lot nearby and not sure if gated. No need to walk around after dark with Gilded Unicorn restaurant and brewery right there.”
“This hotel is clearly a little old but they do well with what they have. Simple breakfast of jimmy Dean and coffee and simple clean rooms.
I have nothing really bad to say about this hotel, just nothing reaches the heights of stellar. Spokane in general is kind of run down. ”
“Customer service during check in was fabulous. The rooms are comfortable and clean but a little dated with popcorn ceilings. The centennial trail is right outside and walking distance to parks and the downtown area. ”
