“Perfect hotel! Was a stop on our way back home with our toddler. The hotel is brand new, clean and spacious. The room we had had a large kitchenette in it, perfect for a family. They also had a pack n play available for us for our toddler to sleep in. Nice pool an great breakfast. 10/10 would recommend. Only issue was the people above our room were loud at 12:30pm and woke myself up, but that’s no fault of the hotels. ”

“Check in was good. Theses are small cabins. 2 are connected. Our key would not work well in the door lock. The door knob seemed like it was ready to fall off. You don’t have a lot of TV channels, but sufficed. It was a small cabin, not a major hotel. It was nice for what it was. The shower was good. A lot of hot water. I believe it is the only place to stay in spirit Lake.”

“The building is clean with an easy off the freeway central location. The king suite room was large and spacious. It clean however you could see the haphazard drywall work that was painted over, it didn't bother me, it just was obvious low quality wall repair. “Room was good. Beds comfortable. No elevator which was not a factor for us, but could be for some. Breakfast was not great. We chose to go out the 2nd day. Pool was nice, small but was not to busy why we were there so not a problem. Hot tub was really hot, so could only stay in for a short time. Overall I was happy with our choice to stay there given the price and location for what we wanted and overall satisfaction. ”

"As a continental breakfast, the variety was actually quite good. Unfortunately, the hotel really needs a better chef—the potatoes were mushy and burnt, sausages took 30 minutes to come out, the eggs were overcooked, and the toaster setting was too long, leaving the bread burnt. The room itself was decent, but check-in was a nightmare. We waited nearly an hour because of poor communication between the hotel and EXPEDIA. Even though we had already paid, the hotel almost charged us again. Too many issues overall. The only real highlight was the swimming pool, which our child absolutely loved"
