“Great stay! Checked in super late and asked for a later checkout and the front desk staff had no problem with that. Very friendly and knowledgeable. The room was great, bigger than most, very comfortable king size bed. Linens were quality and very comfortable and clean. Everything was five stars. I’ll definitely stay here again! Didn’t get to take a dip in the pool or the hot tub but I will next time. No doubt both are great!”

“The experience itself was okay. We stayed there just because of the kitchen, since we have a lot of food restrictions, I have to cook most of the time. "As a continental breakfast, the variety was actually quite good. Unfortunately, the hotel really needs a better chef—the potatoes were mushy and burnt, sausages took 30 minutes to come out, the eggs were overcooked, and the toaster setting was too long, leaving the bread burnt. The room itself was decent, but check-in was a nightmare. We waited nearly an hour because of poor communication between the hotel and EXPEDIA. Even though we had already paid, the hotel almost charged us again. Too many issues overall. The only real highlight was the swimming pool, which our child absolutely loved"
