“We loved our stay. It was so pretty and everything needed was there with exception of no replacement toliet tissue available. Being a physically handicapped person i could not get up front porch steps due to no handrail. I then went in at back door entrance and could not get inside. i encountered a high step from laundryroom up into the kitchen. I mention this not as a complaint but something that might be correctable for future handicapped which might desire to stay. Our host was very……

“My friends and I stumbled upon this property when looking for places to stay close to Knoxville on our road trip. We loved that this would be a special experience - more unique (and also more reasonably priced for some new college grads) than a hotel inside the city. We did have to drive about 30 minutes into Knoxville to pick up some food, but it was not a problem for us. There were 3 of us which housed us perfectly in the Fish House. Could not recommend this place more. Check in/out was easy……

“Rosey's Retreat was spectacular! Everything! The furnishings, decor, privacy, cleanliness; and all the little touches/amenities - from soaps to snacks and especially the farm fresh eggs. The guest book included dining recommendations and other things to see and enjoy in the area. TJ and Jackie were amazing hosts. We will absolutely be back!!! Pam, Kyle, Sally and pets Myla and Harley!”
