“Really appreciated how nice the room was and a well-maintained property!”

“The room was large for a one bedroom suite with full kitchen. We had an issue with a toilet but the front desk responded within in a reasonable time. The included breakfast was sufficient with a variety of items. The hotel is centrally located with lots of restaurants and shopping.”

“Its a very nice, clean and spacious room. The counter is friendly too. I made a fool of myslef, when I swipe the door key card and pulled the handle down. It didn't open the door. Went down to the friendly counter, then finds out, instead of pulling dow , you need to pull up the handle to open the door. It is a interesting way of opening door.”

“The pool listed in pictures is permanently closed, the included breakfast was unavailable, the building reeked of paint. Building supplies was stored in multiple places. The beds were okay. The bathroom needed a lot of work from faulty fixtures to noticeable patches in the wall.”

“The pillows were flat. The mattresses are awful and my back is killing me. The pictures look absolutely nothing like real life. The pool is not bright blue and beautiful it’s closed and looks abandoned. The entire property looks like a renovated insane asylum, complete with long obviously painted over hallways with handrails. The breakfast was stale cereal not a single person is going to eat, bananas, and apples.”
