"The room had an odd odor to it. The room looked clean but there was an awful smell. The rest of the hotel smelled fine until we made it into to the room. The staff was good. The outside of the hotel looks a little sketchy but for the price it wasn't bad. The rooms are updated decently, but some of the plug sockets under the tv didn't work. Warning, the air conditioner was extremely loud and made a weird noise. Not a horrible stay but there were things that could have been better! I give it a 5/10."

"Bathrooms have a separate water closet (should be required in all hotels). Breakfast buffet was OK. Good selection. The front desk made this stay. Blaise went out of his way to help us with the reservation: he turned 2 separate one night reservations with diffferent rooms (all that was available) into a contiguous stay in one room. And he was professional and courteous each time we saw him over the weekend. "

"A little strange being 2 Hotels in one (Laquinta and Hawthorn Extended Stay) didn’t cause any issues, just a little strange. Not a lot right around the Hotel, but plenty a couple miles away. This hotel sits in same parking lot as a Red Roof Inn (which looked pretty run down)"

"Breakfast was excellent and well stocked. The room was clean and comfortable. Every member of the staff we encountered were fabulous including JC in the lobby bar who was very busy but still managed to make us feel like the only customers. "

"I would not recommend staying here. The property is incredibly run down and dirty. No ice machines were functioning either. I’m also having to call my credit card company to dispute charges because the front desk charged my card three times."

"Elevator was out of order. There was a fake thermostat on the wall in the room which wasn’t connected. The breakfast appeared to be the same dried out sausage from the previous several days, not edible. The desk personnel were hard to understand, it’s America, speak English! I won’t be returning!"

"This location allows pets which is nice for pet owners, but my room smelled like a wet dog!!! Could not get around it."
