“Property was as mentioned - lots of charm, spacious and clean. The host was amazing with communication. As some comments imply, noise travels a bit. I am not marking this down, as I feel that’s part of shared walls and the “charm” of being downtown (train travels regularly) but if you know you’re a light sleeper bring earplugs, etc. The lofts are above the best book store and very walkable to Silos and Dr. Pepper Museum.”

“It would have been an amazing stay if we did not have upstairs neighbors. Every step they took, every toilet flush, every shower, we could hear. They were up until after 10 and then back up at 4 am. “This was the absolute most perfect place to stay for a girls weekend! It was above our favorite bookstore and walking distance to the river and all the fun stores in Waco! The loft itself is so nicely decorated and had everything we needed. The bathrooms had luxury shampoo and body wash and awesome water pressure! I will recommend to all of my friends and we will definitely be back!”
