“Wonderful restaurants and a grocery store in walking distance of this VRBO. Central area of Cape Coral restaurants. Easy access to major roads. Quiet street in older section of town. It felt very safe to walk the streets Inside was as described and pictured. The unit's kitchen was sparsely equipped when we arrived for our month-long stay, but Tatiana offered to get us anything we needed, and she did. “Very centrally located (walking distance to the great farmers market, restaurants, bars, grocery stores, etc!) and easy to find and access. It’s small, as advertised, and all we needed. Very well stocked kitchen/laundry, including coffee, creamer, spices, detergent, softener. Very clean. Comfortable bed, newly remodeled bathroom with shampoo, conditioner, body wash and more, including hair ties! Well done. We’ll be back.”

“This place provided all we needed for our weekend in the Naples area. The yard was excellent feature as we have our labrador with us. Vanderbilt beach is a gem. Thank you!”

“The property isn't as well kept up as in the past visits. The paver bricks need to be power washed. The grout between the pool tiles, around the perimeter of the pool, has mold. The pool could also use a hand rail installed for the aid and assistance of getting in and out. Middle aged, up to seniors are predominantly the ones who use this property however any age need this common support handle. It would also be nice to have the cement parking curbs painted and labeled to go with each labeled……

“1. We found a very strong musty / damp moldy smell predominantly in the living room. 2. The AC in the living room simply didn't cool! While the one in the bedroom (thankfully) was functional. 3. The shower hardware was very loosely attached to the shower wall. We were afraid it would fall off and flood the place.”

“Definitely will stay here again if in the area. Opened the door to a cozy cafe table with flowers and a welcoming note from our host. We appreciated the snacks and beverages that were provided. The sleeping area was large, included a couch desk, and a very comfortable bed. We greatly appreciated the bathroom, amenity of a whirlpool tub bath A beautiful shower with double sinks. “The property was everything we could have asked for. The location was so close to the beach. It was so much nicer then a hotel. Are was quiet at night and a great neighborhood. We will always try and book with the same people every time we come back. Loved it!”

“The property was pretty and had a lot to offer. We thought there would be more events for kids, but none really happened. The most frustrating part was the pool and bar closing so early! We went on excursions during the day then couldn't come enjoy a drink and the pool at night. ”
