“I had a comfortable room up 1 flight of stairs. No air conditioning but the window opened and there was a fan, so I stayed cool enough. Bathroom is small but well thought out. Innkeepers were very friendly and helpful.”

“The property is a very old one and hence a bit quirky but that’s fine. My room for instance was small with the sink in the main bedroom whilst the loo and shower were in the en suite but that was fine as I was by myself. The owners had put such thought into meeting my every need which was greatly appreciated- in the bedroom I couldn’t have wanted for anything more. The house has a small parking area and beautiful gardens to sit out in. Breakfast is individually coked and catered for too. The……

“Our first mini break away alone, in 13 years and it didn't dissapoint. Anne is the most lovely host, so organised, courteous and kind, nothing was too much trouble. We were a little hot in the small double room, however Anne quickly provided a fan that assisted well. Breakfast was very tasty and scheduled for a time to suit us. Anne was very accommodating to my intolerances and catered with alternative milk and yoghurt. When booking I was unsure if booking the pool would be inconvenient,……
