“Dowds' Country Inn was beautiful and picturesque, and charming in that way that only old buildings can be. The sign was very difficult to read at night, but once we found the place, we loved it. Just beyond the inn parking lot you could see a beautiful herb and vegetable garden. The entryway was beautiful and inviting. My partner and I entered the lobby and found it warmly lit, with a sign expressing regrets that no one could be there to greet us (we were arriving late at night). On the front……

“圣诞假后第一天带孩子kua訪校，本来预定的酒店是另一家，临到NH前一天收到学校邮件强烈推荐住Hanover inn，立刻做了登记。inn坐落在小镇中心，对面就是达特茅斯学院，据说是达特茅斯自营的酒店。不愧是顶级大学的管理，非常干净温馨，到处充满设计感。床很舒服，房间空间也比较大。尤其推荐的是pine餐厅，非常美的餐厅，服务生英式服务，食物很好吃，有几道菜具有中国style。我们退房后走到对面的达特茅斯参观了一会。今年美东大雪，夜晚寒冷，白天有太阳就还好。”

“This was our favorite stay for our 7-day New England trip! After a hectic day exploring Vermont towns with thousands of other tourists, it was a breath of fresh air to pull into peaceful Lyme. The inn is well appointed with gorgeous gardens and sitting areas. Comfortable rooms with tasteful decor. Easy parking. The onsite restaurant is wonderful! We didn’t know to make a reservation but they offered to seat us at the bar. We got lucky and a cancellation came through, so we had a leisurely meal……
