“Nice, clean hotel.”

“Staff was friendly…she was having problems with her computer system so checking in took a little while. There was no luggage rack carrier and my back and ankle was in so much pain when I arrived. They had me upstairs but they were willing to move me down stairs. After carrying my heavy luggage’s and bags to the room, the room had several dead’s flies and bug on the floor, the comforter had cigarettes burns on it, the bathroom lights was making a loud buzzing sound, the room had a smell to it and……

“The hotel staff was run by people from India and we did not like their attitude. When we arrived at the hotel, my husband who is a diabetic needed to use the restroom right away. The man at the front desk told him there were no bathrooms and told him to use the one at the convenient store next door. How tacky. The breakfast room was small with only two tables and not enough food to provide for the guests. We ended up going to Dunkin' Donuts and McDonalds for breakfast. There was no……

“The entire hotel REEKED of pot smoke. It was revolting. The pool was disgusting; no one in their right mind would use it. Our room smelled terrible ALL the time - have the A/C units ever been cleaned out? The desk chair in the room was not only broken, but the seat had two large gashes in it. The armchair back was ripped up. The flower pots outside the front door of the hotel held absolutely dead "plants". The staff was nice enough, but whoever owns this place is not putting enough money back in……

“Avoid this place at all costs. Sleep in the car if you must. The front desk representative was not helpful. I did not even check into the property. He was asking me to pay again, even though I had a receipt that showed I pre-paid...and he was not asking me to pay "incidentals". He was asking for the same rate that was previously debited from my account. He claimed "it says pay at property" but would not show me where it said that.
