“This is a hotel with very comfortable rooms and a beautiful lobby. The best feature is that it is walking distance to the Fenwick Island Beach, a beautiful quiet tranquil ocean. One recommendation I have is to provide more options for breakfast. It also could’ve been that we came during an un-busy time, the week of September 28, which is after the busy season. Other than that, I would highly recommend this hotel, especially if you want to get away from the busyness of Rehoboth.”

“We stayed for a week and the room was clean. The staff was very helpful in suggestions of places to go, information about the area, and any questions we had. Definitely worth staying here instead of a more expensive place that included breakfast. Would definitely stay here again. The parking garage inside has spots on each floor (maybe a little over 10 cars) and is a little tight so I can only imagine how crazy it could get during the busy season (we were there at the end of Sept).”

“Nice and clean accommodations with balcony. Great staff who serves wine/cheese and also fresh, warm cookies each night in addition to breakfast each morning. Conveniently located close to the boardwalk and ocean.”
