“I did not end up staying at this property. I made the reservation and, within about 10 minutes, requested a cancellation after seeing the location in person, but my request was denied. Upon arrival, I did not feel safe. The parking area appeared unsecured, and the overall environment raised concerns. There were multiple individuals outside engaged in activities that made the setting uncomfortable. I briefly entered the room and noticed an unpleasant odor, which further reinforced my decision not……

“I travel quite often and am currently finishing an 18-day adventure (6 properties) and this property was THE BEST I have encountered in a long time. EVERYTHING exceeded my expectations. Reception staff: AWESOME! friendly and welcoming Main lobby/lounge area: clean, comfortable, and ready for relaxing, studying, catching up on work. The ever-ready coffee was a big plus - and it was good coffee!! Outdoor lounge area was a welcome surprise. I sat with my current book and read for quite some……

“The Staff were friendly, breakfast was tasty and we appreciated protein options (eggs and sausage). Room itself had some damage in it but overall was comfortable.”

“Air conditioning didn’t work well. Never cooled down the room. Towels were stained from god only knows what. The bathroom shower curtain was moldy and the shower head faucet was disgustingly dirty. The toilet seat was broken and if you moved it would have broken completely off. Let’s not forget that if the interior door lock would engage after you left the room resulting in having to force your way in.”
