“The only issue I experienced was with the television. The remote control did not work. The staff tried to replace it, but that replacement did not work. The third remote worked intermittently, the television only responded after pressing the buttons multiple times. It was almost impossible to navigate the channel guide. I gave up and by that time the reception was unstaffed.”

“El hotel aunq un poco retirado de Modena, pero no tanto....es super limpio, amplia habitación. Te hacen limpieza a diario. Desayuno básico, pero bueno. El personal TODO es muy atento y te ayudan y varias de las chicas en recepción hablan español. Si llegas tarde, hay un restaurante enfrente que cocinan riquísimo.
