“Despite the late June heatwave, we had a wonderful week in Bologna, and were delighted with our accommodation - Paolo's apartment is spacious, comfortable, beautifully furnished and perfectly located, just a short walk from the very centre. As other reviewers have commented, Piazza Aldrovandi gets busy at night, but for us this was one of the big attractions - you really feel immersed in the life of the city. I can't quite understand why some people have complained about the noise. The living……

“We had a lovely stay at this perfectly located apartment. The apartment was perfect for the 3 of us, with a well equipped kitchenette and a beautifully updated bathroom. Everything was squeaky clean and the location is perfect with a beautiful view onto the rooftops of old Bologna. All major sights, shopping and grocery shopping are in easy walking distance. Communication was great and made both checkin and checkout super easy. Highly recommended. ”

“We loved our stay at the old manor house. It is a beautiful and peaceful country setting. We enjoyed the friendly farm animals (dogs and cats). Dario was a very responsive host and helped us graciously with anything. He even provided a tour of his winery for us which we found very interesting. If you are looking for a peaceful country get away then this is the perfect place. It has plenty of outdoor space and fun for a family.”

“Great apt close to everything including the train station. Good sized rooms with clean and modern bathrooms. It was very easy to check in with the remote key especially since we arrived very late at night. ”

“The location is perfect and close to the main attractions. It is a lovely apartment with all the amenities necessary. The only thing that has been a bit annoying is that on Expedia it's clearly stated that the cleaning fees are not mandatory if you clean the apartment yourself but in reality they are mandary fees! ”

“Our group of 6 loved our stay in this apartment. There were a lot of stairs to climb but it was easily worth it, we had everything we needed and were very comfortable. Luciano was very helpful and friendly and we had a great time! There is construction outside the apartment (as of May 2025) but we were able to cover most of it up with a white noise machine. Bologna was such a wonderful city and we loved this apartment!”
