“We had a short stay at this apartment but enjoyed the time we were there. The apartment was very clean however it could use a little refreshing. What concerned us the most was the driveway which was steep. Plus, parking at the bottom of the driveway made loading and unloading difficult. I would be afraid to walk on the driveway on a rainy day. The kitchen was stocked nicely with dishes and spices if cooking is in your plans. “Upon walking in I was amazed at was how clean the apartment was, especially for a pet home. It is the first beach rental I recall where I did not have to wash the dishes and kitchen utensils before I used them! The beds were so comfortable, as was the rest of the furniture. The property is in the process of being renovated, so we did experience a little hiccup during our two week stay, but the property owner was right on it, with good communication while it was being resolved. “This house is located in a very nice place, but it has its issues. Interior issues like moldy showers, paint peeling, rusty surfaces and worn out furniture are some examples. We were bummed to discover that hot tub was broken (that was not told to us at time of rental payment). The bedroom layout is WEIRD! If couples are expecting a romantic get away, this is not the place. NO privacy is available in any of the bedrooms. Then we had an unexpected visitor that spent several nights in the ground……
