“The location was great and it was very clean.”

“Other than not receiving a parking pass, everything went well!”

“The property was amazing and in walking distance of restaurants and shops. Would absolutely stay again!”

“Fabulous place, everything within walking distance and beach access within a block or so. Host very responsive. Studio was perfect - large comfy bed and full kitchen. A gem in the heart of Folly. Highly recommend!”

“Property was clean & quiet. Close to beach & restaurants. Easy to communicate with host & quickly responded. Enjoyed our stay at Folly :-) Thank you!”

“We very much enjoyed our stay. Good communication and perfect location. We would certainly stay here again. Thanks!”

“Great location with well-appointed amenities. An overall excellent value. The only two things I would caution future guests about are the noise from the two bars located directly behind the property and the lack of soundproofing between units. While neither was a major issue for my husband and me, I do think they're worth mentioning. The bars were particularly loud on Friday and Saturday nights, and we could consistently hear guests in both the neighboring unit and the one above us. If you're a……

“Great central location on Sullivans IslandWalking distance to all restaurants, shops & beachUnit is well equipped.Would not hesitate to book again for SI stay.”

“Great location! Excellent communication and quick response times. Unit is cute and has an amazing screen porch.”

“The condo was exceptionally clean and tidy. Even though I didn’t use the provided toiletries because of my sensitive skin, I found that to be a good thing. Assigned parking was great, and access to the unit was very easy. I would suggest replacing the pots and pans because they are scratched. Because there is a restaurant below the unit, it did get a little noisy, and we could hear the people above us walking around. Overall, I would definitely recommend staying here.”

“The condo was perfect. It was clean and had everything we needed to cook dinner and breakfast. It was in a convenient area to restaurants and coffee shops. The communication was excellent. We eill definitely stay there again!”

“This was a very sweet space. They thought of everything! There are a few things within walking distance, but it is a little farther out from the French Quarter area. That said, it is also more affordable than other places! There is offstreet parking, which is nice, but believe it when they say only small cars will fit!”

“Lovely updated historic home. Nice appliances & features. Polite and prompt communication from the hosts. Great stay!”

“Excellent room with everything you need for the stay. Easy walk to beach and restaurants. Comfortable bed, plenty of towels and good shower. Perfect instructions from host. Nicely decorated condo, perfect for two people. Balcony/deck with nice view. Only suggestion would be a little later checkout. 10 o’clock seems a little early. No chance to enjoy the beach before having to leave. Would highly recommend this particular unit as I believe each condo is slightly different in comfort.”

“I love the property. The parking and finding the unit would be very difficult without the very diligent instructions the property manager provided. Made things so much easier. Great communication. Only issue we had was sleeping in the pull-out sofa bed - the streetlights make it very bright in the living room at night (where sofa bed located). If had black out shades I would add an additional star ;-)”

“Perfect location to stay in Charleston! The property itself was great and seconds away from a fabulous Spanish restaurant (downstairs) and coffee places. Checking in/out was very easy and communications with property management was super responsive when we questions regarding parking. Highly recommend to book this place when in Charleston!!”
