“⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Exceptional Stay – One of the Best Hotel Experiences I’ve Had! I had an outstanding stay at Walnut Inn Roland and couldn’t be more impressed. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel genuinely welcome. Everyone was friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The room was exceptionally clean, fresh, and well-maintained. It’s clear that the housekeeping team takes great pride in their work. The bed was comfortable, everything……

“The reviews on this property are very misleading. We found that our rooms were very clean and no cigarette smell. The staff was very friendly and helpful at checking, which didn’t take long for a Friday night. The gaming area does allow for guests to smoke, but the cigarette smell wasn’t very powerful. I would highly recommend to anyone driving through and needing a break. Plenty of dining options and reasonable room rates.”

“The room was clean, linens clean. Curtains adequately blocked outside lighting at night. Staff were friendly. Plenty of amenities for taking care of yourself in terms of access to food and refreshments. Grocery and other stores within a couple of minutes' drive. Valet team was one of the best I've experienced. In true casino fashion, the smell of smoke hits you upon entrance, but the hotel part was smoke-free. Elevators were quick. Enjoyed an evening of gaming entertainment during the stay.”

“I have stayed at this particular Quality Inn a couple of times, and I think next time I am Sallisaw, I will stay elsewhere. Overall, the place was just okay. The room needed a deeper cleaning. The bed in our room was sloped back toward the head - not sure if it was the bed or the floor, but it was not comfortable. The faucet on the shower/tub could not be completely shut off so it ran the entire time. The grout in the shower needed replaced with a lighter color grout as the black looked……

“Absolutely worst pillows I have ever slept on. There were six and they were all lumpy. Hotel was very loud but I expected that being downtown. Hard to sleep here. I chose it because of the high ratings but should have saved my money and slept at a motel off the highway.”

“Two of us had to go to Van Buren and I made reservations thru Expedia when I called to let them know we were in town they couldn’t find my reservation when I called back to see if it show up in system lady said she couldn’t reach me and my card declined so she canceled my reservation. I told her that wasn’t possible it showed pending. She said it would come off in a day or two. When we arrived at motel my friend paid and we left next morning. Once I got home I checked my account and payment……
