I highly recommend this hotel. The staff was superb and accommodating, it is very clean and nicely decorated, comfortable beds and nice room. I highly recommend this hotel!
I arrived frazzled from a very long car ride and Branton was very helpful during my check in. He listened to my questions and answered all in a professional manner.
Wonderful staff. Very helpful and friendly. Rooms were terrific. Very pleasant stay. Anytime we are back in Ft smith we will definitely be looking here first.

I love this hotel. The breakfast is wonderful, the pool is very nice, and everyone is always friendly. It seems the bed was pretty hard this time, but I don’t remember it being that way the last time we were there.
Digital check in is amazing and so convenient. Was able to choose our room and didn’t have to go to the front desk for anything but the staff checked in to see how we were.
