"We never got to stay because no one gave us the access code. Communicating with the property manager was terrible. Check in was at 4pm but they never sent the entry email. It was our 20th anniversary and we had to get a hotel in Order to have a place to stay. The property was beautiful and we would have loved to stay in the unit we paid for. The property manager finally gave us a refund but that didn't help our vacation plans. Manager didn't seem to care that our plans were ruined. Will not be...

"We had a great stay at the Lodge Of The Ozarks! It was clean, the staff were helpful and kind. We loved that you were decked out for Christmas inside and out!!! Although it was a bigger hotel than anticipated, it had a very cozy and homelike feel. Conveniently close to attractions too The breakfast was filled with many great options and everything was clean and well stocked We have already recommended your hotel to familly and friends, and would definitely stay there again!"
