"Breakfast "buffet" in the LL is a joke. Its not worth standing in line for and the service is non-existent. The wait for an elevator in the mornings is ridiculous, we just used the stairs in the mornings from the 3rd floor. The push to buy show tickets or set for a "travel club" meeting at check in is a little pushy. General building upkeep is needed, bathroom door splintered, tub looks dark and dingy on bottom, rusting metal in view. The pool is tiny and they do not lift the in/out window. Hot tub fits maybe six in a hotel that size!!! All house keeping and maintenance staff do not speak english. Pros: Room and hallways very clean. HK does not enter your room daily, unless you call them. This is a great security feature. There is plenty of parking, but you may have walk a bit to get in the building. Quiet rooms."

"Our room was absolutely beautiful. The bed was comfy as were the couches and chairs. The kitchen was the perfect size. The pool was nice, clean and the water temperature was perfect. The little 9 hole mini golf was enjoyable. Would definitely stay here again. "

"To Expedia Customer Service, I booked a stay via your platform at Hilton Branson on the Landing from March 26 to March 29. The average online rate for those dates was about $160 per night, but I was charged $370 per night before taxes. From the start, we were placed in the South Tower. I was injured, and the walk from the parking lot to the pool (which my children wanted) was long. After returning cold and wet, the door wouldn’t open. I repeatedly had to return to the front desk for new cards, but we only discovered on the last day that the lock had a mechanical fault—wasting an hour when I needed to check out. Additionally, staff told me I couldn’t use my electric scooter indoors, even though it was in walk mode, and I had an injury. They treated me poorly, implying I was exaggerating. Given these circumstances, I request a full investigation and appropriate refund. I have evidence if needed. Thank you."

"Convenience is strong at the location affordable is strong for larger families pool is cute parking easy location easy nice environment relaxing friendliness I had to work for from front desk when approaching the front desk to check in I stood there for aboit 3 to 4 minutes with one other guests and the lady with glasses making a drink I eventually after 3 minutes of not interaction said hello and asked if we check in at this location she finally spoke! Phone reservations is something I will FOREVER avoid if i book with this hotel! "

"Perfect location off the beaten path! Although the rooms are a bit dated, they are clean and comfortable with all the amenities needed for a stay in Branson. The bed was comfortable, pool and hot tub were great and our favorite part was the walking trail and picnic area to the side of the hotel. The views are amazing! We have saved in various areas of Branson but found where we will likely stay again and again!"
