“Nice place. Good breakfast.”

“This was an easy hotel to get to off the highway. A bit of noise from the highway heard in our room, but not enough to keep us awake. We checked in about 7pm, and there was just one staff person working. A bit of a wait but not too long. There were more staff in the morning which all seemed friendly & helpful. The room was a good size and clean. When we checked out for some reason they could not find me in their system, and I am hoping to be reimbursed for the $25.00 incidental hold charged……

“the room is not clean, A/C is noisy, it's bright during the night, no curtain to cover the side window, no WiFi coverage in the room. not satisfied with the stay ”

“It was not a bad day. The freezer door handle was broke, which is no big deal to close the bedroom door that was also broke. No big deal the fact that there was nobody there to talk to and your automated system failed to give me my passcode and we were locked out was a big deal. In the parking was horrible. The fact that we have to park across the street was unheard of for any of my other friends that were up there.Somebody should check your messages before they go out. That is my input.”

“Check in was easy, they send you a code to unlock the door. You don’t see any staff. The room was damp feeling. There were dead bugs and cobwebs in every corner of the room and the bathroom. Paint in the bathroom was peeling. Ceiling tiles didn’t match and several had stains from something. The mattress was comfortable. It was a convenient location to walk the strip in the downtown. Using Expedia has always been good selection. This motel needs to get off their list.”
