“Noisy area. Staff seemed less than thrilled to help when questioned.”

“Stayed here for a conference, here's what happen: Water issues - not there control. How it was communicated and dealt with - their control. The evening staff was disgusting, rude and unhelpful! Seemingly the communication issue here is rooted, as they were "glazing tubs" on my floor but no one knew that was scheduled. So I experienced nausea, headache and difficulty breathing. Was moved to a new floor, then someone was assembling furniture at 2am! When I tried to call the front desk, no one……

“The bar staff was excellent, food was delicious”

“Common area atrium was nice and comfortable. Disappointments were with our 7th floor king suite: cleanliness and maintenance. Candy gummy bear on bedroom floor; an extra set of towels placed on the FLOOR under the vanity shelf; kitchenette faucet had a considerable amount of corrosion built up on base – very unpleasant to look at and didn’t feel clean. There was no ventilation in bathroom, thus the black mildew/mold bubbled up on shower ceiling. Stains on sheets and carpet.”

“such a historical hotel, clean and comfortable”

“Our room was clean and the bed comfortable. The staff was kind and heloful”

“Beautiful hotel and very friendly, helpful, and attentive staff. Would definitely book again!”

“Great location and friendly staff. The breakfast was good but layout made it take longer to get food.”
