"The code to unlock the key was incorrect. We were stuck outside the rental for over 1 hour trying to connect with the owner and customer service. Was a frustrating and sloppy check in."

"Overall, the condo was clean, spacious, and well-maintained. Security was exceptional with key codes needed for doors and elevator. Felt safe in the downtown urban setting. Enjoyed our two-night stay but noise from the central heating unit interrupted our sleep. The TV and Wi-Fi worked great and problem-free, and the electronic fireplace was a nice touch. Parking can be tricky and is not on-site but we managed to find free street parking thanks to the holiday hours"

"Only thing that i didnt like was i forgot somethings in the freezer and they were expensive and tried calling back in less than 24hours and i was told they were trashed, i would assume that they would try to contact you and at least hold it for a few as it had never been opened"
