“Clean, great staff.”

“The room itself was spacious and modern. We liked the kitchenette feature. An extra sitting chair with ottoman would have been nicer. The heating/cooling unit is right next to the window side bed in our two queen bed room, and it was uncomfortable when it was blowing across me while trying to sleep - i could not sleep when the blower was on.”

“Room and beds were comfortable enough, however first assigned room had food on floor when we walked in and AC didn't work, we asked to be moved to another room. The newly assigned room was fine until the Refresh day. No longer do they come in daily to make up beds and empty trash, but on day 3 of stay is Refresh day when beds are made up (not changed) bathroom is to be wiped down, trash emptied, and new towels left in bathroom. All of the used towels in our room were removed, but no new towels……

“Yuck!! The lobby looks nice. The room was clean. Sorta. That’s it! The stairwell to go to the second floor smells like piss. The hallway to the rooms had to AC so it was like walking through a sauna. It smelled like pee and pot and an old smokers house. The night was nothing but people yelling and running up and down the hall The room was decent enough except for the disgusting yellow pillow on the second bed. Thank goodness was I didn’t have to use it. The room was clean otherwise. I……
