“The staff at this hotel was top notch. The room was clean, the bar and restaurant services were excellent, and the location was perfect. Alex and the other front desk staff were extra special and attentive to us as we were celebrating my daughter’s sweet 16 birthday on the 16th. Marriott Savannah for the win. Thank you for a great stay. ”

“Parking fee should be included on total price, so everything is straightforward. Housekeeping was probably short staffed, we didn't have our room cleaned and we had to request extra towels. ”

“No room service for 3day! And after take the shower the floor always be come wet so not so happy with that ”

“I recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Savannah. The location is great and the hotel have a historic charm to it while still being very clean and nice. The staff was very helpful and nice to us. Customer service is great! You can get free bottled water at the reception.”

“Called room sevice for 10 minutes and not getting any reply. Finally got connected and asked for a water. They said no free water which is fine, so we asked to buy one and they said OK, will send it up. The water never comes and we don't want to call for another 10 minutes just for the water.”

“This was a very nice hotel. Beds were really comfortable and the whole stay was great we loved and it’s really close to the airport which is why were there had to catch a flight early in the morning ”
