“This property has been slipping down over the years. Rooms are getting old and not kept up. Tiles in the bathroom chipped. Dirty tissues laying on the floor at the bed post. Dusted on the high spots. Met cleaning crew getting on the elevator as we got off. They left the cleanig cart in middle of the hallway.
