"Lovely stay at this property - some noise from refurbishment work but when i mentioned i needed quiet to do some video calls, the noise stopped within minutes.
Very grateful to the Novotel team - a professional and well run hotel.

"I was really happy here. The location is great for walking to restaurants and shopping. It's near the 15th of November Plaza which is a beautiful place to sit, relax, people watch. The staff was nice and helpful.
On the negative side; wi-fi was pretty bad and the television too BUT who comes to a beautiful city to sit in a hotel room."

"Limpeza deixou a desejar.
Lençóis e toalha sujos, travesseiros com cheiro de mofo /armário.
Durante o dia e início da noite é tranquilo chegar no hostel, mas conforme a noite avança muitos moradores de rua e usuários de droga ficam nos arredores do espaço, o que acaba atrapalhando bastante o descanso dada a gritaria e bagunça deles. Sei que não tem muito o que o hotel fazer com o seu arredor, mas isso acaba impactando a estadia dos hóspedes. "

"Overall okay place to stay. It's adjacent to their other property, and it looks like the one we stayed in gets the leftovers of the main one (furniture, mattresses, sheets, etc.). Somewhat clean room. Safe area and a nice staff. Expedia bookings do not get breakfast (extra $5.00, totally worth it, served at the other property across the street). Guests extremely noisy, banging doors late at night and at dawn, but it looks like that's a local problem rather than the hotel's. "

"The hotel offered on-site laundry service, that is a great idea. I would only recommend adding some text to the signs suggesting that new users download the OMO app. Breakfast was good, but the dining area is located almost outside the building, which could require guests to make an extra effort just to get breakfast."
"My stay at Ibis was a great choice. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good, and the Friday night pasta dinner amazing. The hotel is well located and surrounded by good restaurants, market, and pharmacy, easy to move around in the city. There’s no gym, the room is small but clean and sufficient for a short stay. I recommend it for business trips and probably will get back."
