Employees are very nice, but I think some of the could speak spanish or english as well it’s troublesome for spanish speakers go to Floripa for tourism or business and try to communicate with people of you don’t know portuguese.

Ótima localização e funcionários educadíssimos. Tinha aquecedor elétrico no quarto, chuveiro excelente e cama confortável. Não gostei que a pia do banheiro estava entupida, tive q usar o da sala (meu quarto tinha quarto e sala). Café estava com poucas variações e toalhas duras e ásperas para um hotel classificado como 4 estrelas. A roupa de cama estava ótima, limpíssima e cheirosa.

Café bom, funcionários muito educados. Quarto era bom, mas deixou algumas coisas a desejar: lâmpadas quebradas , papel higiênico de baixa qualidade, toalhas gastas e o banheiro não possui duchinha. Também não foi feita a limpeza no quarto, mesmo eu tendo ficado o dia todo fora. Ou seja, caro para o que ofereceu. Deixou a desejar.

A experiencia no hotel estava sendo muito boa, até que na manhã do dia 19/06 ficamos sem água no quarto. Nos foi oferecido trocar de quarto, mas eu estava com a minha mãe de 83 anos, e resultava inviável trocar de quarto para tomar banho e sair em horario para nosso compromisso.
