“Staff was very courteous, friendly, polite, and professional. Very nice people especially Trisha/Tricia? My kudos to her whose personality is what “Southern hospitality” is all about. Especially not asking some annoying, boorish rude question like, “Where are you from”? That’s disrespectful, irrelevant, and rude! I will never appreciate that because these folks were all wonderful making it a truly nice place to stay. Only complaint which was definitely not the hotel’s fault one bit, was……

“Gloria greeted us and was very sweet and helpful. We had to stay an extra day because of our car situation and, staff was very understanding. The rooms and lobby are clean and management was very kind as well. The area around the hotel was safe but, just older and not the most appealing part of Pascagoula. But there is a lot of the restaurants down the street. ”
