“we checked into our room and i was shocked! badly stained carpet dirty and the floor. the bed looked as if the covers were just pulled up. the bathroom black dark rings around the tub.. the staff made it right the best they knew how. if this hotel wants to succeed the manager will need to care about the customer. small town not much to choose from therfore there is a great opportunity to get a better rati g just not this visit. the staff save this from being a really bad rating. pay your……

“Because of an overlooking error by another APP, there were many angry room seekers around the city of Mobile, Alabama. “I just want to start by saying that I'm extremely grateful that we had a place to lay our head for the night after traveling for hours. So initially, upon checking in, you see a nice clean lobby. Smells clean and everything. But it's very deceiving. The rooms we're moderately cleaned, and I say, moderately, because you can tell they tried.
