“The view from the room is not what we expected. We expected a direct oceanview and balcony facing the ocean where we could hang out on the balcony. All rooms face to the left or right hotal with no direct ocean front rooms. The bacony is 2' wide and can only fit plastic chairs sideways. Location is great. Parking at the hotel was limited as it seems non-hotel residents park there. Mattress seemed old and overly soft. Its truely a 3 star hotel.”

“The Manager was very rude and disrespectful. She was not empathetic to my bathroom not being clean the toilet was filthy and the bathtub was inoperative therefore we could not shower. The manager made us wait a long time to even speak with her and then she was extremely mean. And mocked me for wanting a new room; I video taped her behavior and she finally gave us a new room. I was very disappointed in the Managers behavior.”

“The resort has potential. Just needs updates. Unfortunately our Spring Break fall during a colder week. The hot tub helped with the chilly weather.The pool and lazy river were semi heated but the breeze was cold. It looks like that area could easily be made into a covered pool. “The checking was a nightmare with lines. Some put a card on file for me and it wasn’t mine. Laid all the cards out to prove it wasn’t mine but right before this I was locked out my room after coming from pool. I went to them and one of the ladies up front yell out it due card decline and I ask how. She then proceeded to say she can get security to unlock to grab wallet and bring me down. I ask for manager and he help me without security say it wasn’t necessary. Mind you, room paid in full before……

“We had a late check in around 10pm, the staff is so friendly once we walked in the hotel. This Hampton has rated the best Hampton in the nation for the past 5 years and I totally agree with the rating. The room is clean and big, the morning breakfast area is very comfortable (the food are ok). Basically it's a great hotel. The only 2 downsides are: (1) sound proof not too good (2) the pool is really tiny But it is a great stay, except for the price is a little high (we paide US$220 per night)”
