“We had a late check in around 10pm, the staff is so friendly once we walked in the hotel. This Hampton has rated the best Hampton in the nation for the past 5 years and I totally agree with the rating. The room is clean and big, the morning breakfast area is very comfortable (the food are ok). Basically it's a great hotel. The only 2 downsides are: (1) sound proof not too good (2) the pool is really tiny But it is a great stay, except for the price is a little high (we paide US$220 per night)”

“Housing keeping was very persistent. Would knock on doors at 7am even when told not to disturb. On checkout day at 7 seem to rush you out also. Elevators were also slow. Shower also didn’t seem clean. When I called and asked about restaurants seems like an attitude was given. Almost like they were saying look for it yourself”

“The room was pretty clean, nice balcony. There was several pools so if one is busy you could just head to another one. Staff constantly put cleaning the lobby and hallways, all were very polite. I will definitely be returning to this hotel.”
