“Very disappointed with our recent visit. Our encounter with office staff was not welcoming at all. An unwelcome tone no matter what the question or concern was she was rude and not accommodating at all. No sense of compassion or understanding. Our room was booked 4 months ago...never saw that the pool was closed for renovations. In person the office staff just quoted that Facebook had the update of pool closure. “The resort was incredibly clean, beautifully kept and landscaped. I liked the ease of their parking garage and the abundance of luggage carts. The Malibu bar had great drinks, all of the pools were immaculately clean, the room was spotless with plenty of towels and the staff were friendly! “Better than I expected. I booked this SUPER cheap and that alone made me nervous. The host/property was awful at communicating via email. I was anxious when I arrived because of reviews I read about it being super dirty and broken. I was impressed with the size of the full sized kitchen. I thought it was going to be mini appliances. If you think about the price you pay for the quality of room…..it was tight quarters but perfect for me and my two boys, the pulls out sofa didn’t have extra sheets……
