Beyond anything we imagined!
The pictures do not even do this rental justice. The rooms are HUGE.. the beds are so comfy. 3 full bathrooms all equipped with towels bath wash shampoos etc. The Hot Tub was clean and relaxing. This place was immaculate.. spotless! I can’t say enough about how amazing our stay was! The living room has a big flat screen with all the apps installed for use. Lots of room for sitting in there as well! Giant kitchen! It was just perfect. ***** five star review!

This UP North Retreat is centrally located. Kick back by our inside Gas Fired Fire Place or at our Fire Pit Area. Relax in our awesome Hot Tub! Our Patio area is great for outside dinning and relaxing along with a Barbecue Grill. The outside area is a great place to hang out and relax, Fire Pit, Hot Tub, Blue Tooth Speakers, Hammock.

This awesome 3 bedroom house has 4 KING Bed's!
3 full bathrooms, one with a tub the other 2, walk in showers. And the HOT TUB is so relaxing!
We have a full kitchen with Microwave, Coffee maker, Tea Pot, Grill, Pots/Pans, Blender, Toaster, plates, bowls coffee cups, glass's, Dishwasher etc. 2 Smart TVs with Netflix, all the towels and linens you will need. Had a great stay! Loved the hot tub and music. It was a nice touch to have the Christmas tree up. Had it lit along with fireplace often.We had family nearby and with my growing family it is nice to have our own space. Very roomy. We might have found a yearly spot to stay when celebrating our Christmas with extended family nearby. Owner was responsive to questions quickly.

Excellent Stay, Great Location

We had a lovely stay! The King Ranch is lovely, clean, and in an excellent location (with big, cozy beds and a warm fireplace) - close enough to all the sights, and yet in a relaxing, tree’d location that made our stay relaxing and fun! Definitely recommend, and the host is easy to chat with, very accommodating, and ensured we had a lovely stay.

Wonderful getaway

Our family had a relaxing stay at this lovely home which had lots of space and a beautiful yard. It was an easy drive to Traverse City and Sleeping Bear Dunes, we wish we could have stayed longer!

Property location is very quiet yet conveniently located close to Traverse City. Ideal for anyone wanting a peaceful retreat in the country but still wanting to get into the city within a few minutes. The hot tub was relaxing after a busy day. We stayed at King Ranch for our son's wedding held at BlueBridge Events Centre in Grawn. It was a quiet location and very convenient for quick trips back and forth to the venue. The house and outdoor spaces were very clean and well organized and Jeff was a great communicator.

Up north getaway

The king ranch was a great stay for our family of 4. We enjoyed the hot tub and surrounding area beaches and lakes. Traverse City is a short ride away. I would reccomend this house for a up north vacation.

Amazing property

4 good sized rooms and 3 full bathrooms. Place came equipped with speakers for outside at the hot tub and everything you could need inside. You can tell the owners take pride I. The property. Not far from downtown traverse, made for a great girls trip.

Wow! Amazing experience!

This property has it all! 4 king beds, everything absolutely clean and ready for guests, and the hot tub what the cherry on top. Just a short drive to downtown Traverse and far enough away to feel like a woodsy getaway. Cannot recommend this place enough.

Great Stay

The property was great, very clean and comfortable and great communication from the owner. There was quite a bit of snow there but it was plowed and shoveled around the property which was appreciated. Absolutely would recommend.

Spacious and quiet property

We loved our stay in the king ranch! The property was perfect for our teens and dog. We loved that the yard had woods surrounding it and was set back from the road, and the house was spacious and had everything we needed. We weren’t too far away from Sleeping Bear Dunes and Traverse City but also far enough away to soak in the quiet. Jeff was a great host!

Perfect secluded retreat

5 adults stayed here. Throughout the stay, Jeff was communicative, asking if everything was going well. Truthfully, we all loved the house. Plenty of room inside and the back yard was fabulous, with a fire pit and outdoor speakers. Close to Interlochen and Traverse City and only a short drive to Sleeping Bear dunes and lake Michigan. We loved our stay at King Ranch.
