“Good area of town with the parking structure just down the street and front street a block away. Not that close to the beach or waterfront from what I could tell. It is $20 for overnight parking. Room was huge, clean, and comfortable, my wife was very impressed :) Communication with Kasa was easy and clear over text message. If you do the check-in process ahead of time like you're supposed to, I can't see how you could have any issue. A few reviews complain about check-in but I did it before...

“Great stay. Great price. Extremely clean. Couch wasn’t the most comfortable with the arm rests but it’s not the end of the world and the bed was a bit squeaky whenever you moved but other than that it was a wonderful place to stay. Great communication and easy to use tech for entering building and unit. Perfect location. I would definitely book with Kasa again. ”

“This was such a perfect spot for a Michigan trip. The condo overlooks the lake and you can walk right down to the beach. “The cabin was a peaceful, quiet place to stay near Fife Lake, near Traverse City. There were many beautiful walking trails right around the corner, and the cabin itself was warm, inviting, and loved the vibe and decor. I had the best night's sleep!!! The hosts were always available with any questions about the area and the cabin itself. I would love to come again and recommend for a peaceful, beautiful get-away in the woods!!!”
