“Highly recommend this hotel”

“Hotel rooms are dated and the common areas need some updating. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Noise levels are well controlled for a hotel with a casino but the smell of smoke did make its way into the hallways.”

“The bathroom floor had hair in the corner next to the bathtub, on the left side. The tv needs to be replaced. The air conditioner worked great!”

“There is a feeling that the hotel isn't the safest. You park in the underground parkade which is nice but open to the public. When you get into the elevator to your floor you don't need a card so anyone can come into the parkade and enter the hotel without it being secure. Our room was at the end on the 4th floor with a large window that overlooked the back stairs. We stayed 2 nights and all night people were in the stairwells talking and the blind on the window wasn't a good cover so if……

“nice facility. Last minute check in - and I'm not all about tech communication - but luckily the ladies were still "in the office" and able to get us all checked in. Never could figure out how to make the tv work - maybe info in the email that I was not able to receive while on the road. Otherwise very nice for the price!”

“The property was clean but there’sa couple things I wish were explained before booking. So the hotel is and “energy efficient hotel, and good for yall… but this takes a ton of the customers control over the environment. Away in the room… for instance you can’t have the bedroom and living room Ac on at the same time, the units just turn off when there hasn’t been movement in the room, the room gets hot when sleeping, also if hey missed a few things like putting the black out blind “stays” on all……
