“The biggest issue was our room was very obviously a formerly smoking room, to the point where all our clothes stunk from being in the room a few days. Our room didnt feel the cleanest and had torn carpet and missing artwork, which isn't a huge deal but just felt low quality. The pool area was nice looking but was often chaotic with a lot of people and unsupervised kids. Thats not the hotels fault but just the clientele in general here. All in all it was a cheap stay and I got what I paid for,……

“The facility was loud all hours of the night. The air conditioner/heater was inconsistent and SO LOUD. We’d go from sweating to ok but awake because of how loud it was and how strong it blew the cold air until it shut off, then sweating again before it turned back on. People were loud, yelling and laughing and stomping until well after 1am. The floor in our room was disgustingly dirty. Took a shower in the bathroom with no vent (makes it really hard to get dry!) and walked into room to finish……

“The property was older but seemed to be maintained. The rooms were decent but not new by any means.”

“Good Location. Was not impressed by housekeeping & maintenance. They did relocate me to a very nice room.”

“The only thing that we didn't like was we had to pull the night stands away from the wall and unplug the lamp to be able to plug our c-pap machines in. I was having surgery the next morning and it was nice not having to get up an hour early to get to the hospital as the hospital is right there. The bed and pillows are absolutely wonderful. Will continue to stay there when we are in Great Falls.”

“Floor tiles in room was not very clean”

“Overall, the facility was excellent. The room was clean, the process of checking in was effortless. The only minor detractor I would have to say, and it’s fairly minor, is they are a little shy on parking where it’s located. I came in late both nights I stayed, and had a little bit of a time trying to find a space. I ended up having to park across the street the second night.”

“We heard this place was recently renovated and when I say WOW I mean WOW! I have never seen a staff more accommodating and friendly. They were polite, offered water, cookies and complimentary beverages and breakfast they deliver to your room! This place was top notch and we were very impressed!! Thank you.”
