“First room no air conditioning , dirty tissue on the floor by the curtains and the most filthy panties under the BED. Whiched rooms it much better. Pool side went swimming , not enough towels, had to use bathroom floor mats. Pool very cold and had fun. Hot tub was scummy - cloudy and filthy. Had room service had to ask for 4 room towels. Continual breakfast needs to be improved, over all thanks for the stay. I WILL CHOOSE A DIFFERENT HOTEL. I WANT A REFUND of $377. An unhappy customer”

“Although the outside looked a little uninviting, once inside it was very nice. The room was very clean. The staff were kind and helpful. My kids enjoyed the pool and breakfast was really good.”

“Unfortunately I have to leave a less than stellar review for this location. The property is run down and what amenities ?!? The slide- the ONLY reason we selected this location, was closed bc it wasn’t the weekend? And there were swim lessons going on by outside vendors that we were “allowed” to swim alongside in a very small space. In my opinion if you market certain things as ones that your paying guests can enjoy, then those things take precedence over third party vendors using your……

“It used to be that the old hotels were cheaper but always clean. We picked this hotel because it had an outdoor pool and the pictures of everything looked great and it was in a good part of town so I thought it would be clean. It wasn’t. Hair and crumbs and spill marks on the floors and surfaces everywhere and even a used tooth pick. So they hadn’t been swept/dusted let alone washed. Gross. The pool was super cloudy and technically closed for maintenance’. We left even though it was too late……

“Everything was up to par no complaints at all”

“Check in was fine. Room was okay- uncomfortable beds. Dog poop all over outside the back door. Room keys would not work past 8am on day of checkout. Only two doors to get in and out of building - right at front desk - ridiculous- and it was not for security… breakfast was nutribars or old commercial packed muffins. Fridge in room worked but door was wrong way opening. The only good thing was the price and it was quiet.”

“They snacks, water, room service; you can fresh baked cookies and milk in the middle of the night if you want. I have a washer and dryer that you don't have to use coins for it already has the soap Etc in it. Room wasn't very big but it was big enough, and had everything we needed even a small table and some chairs. Unfortunately we left early so we didn't get to stay for breakfast said we could have ordered to our room or may have ordered the night before and have it ready in the morning.”

“Pro's: Good location. Good bed and great linens. The Celtic Cowboy is a nice bar and restaurant attached to the property. Food was a little bland. Great breakfast place a block away...Tracey's Diner. Con's: Old hotel. Noisy. Rooms are small and common and over priced for a nights stay.”
