“This is in great location in Lakeview East near the lgbtq amenities and the Cubs stadium. It's just too expensive. Also the staff is not very friendly. Breakfast is sufficient. I appreciate that they allow pets and that they have parking, but not free. They only clean rooms every other day, and premium coffee is not free. Also you can hear noise coming from the hallway.”

Once you have booked the non refundable room they tell you a $300 cash wire transfer is to be made for a security deposit with your state issued ID. I called because this is nowhere stated and was immediately hung up on. Expedia “customer service” made several attempts to contact the property to which there was never an answer. “The lobby was very nice and clean. The staff were amazing as well. I walked up to my room to see a dorm size space (which isn’t the end of the world) with no fridge for my waters, especially for being one of the hottest times of the year. I’ve done some research to see if all rooms were like this, which I found you’d need to upgrade your room for basic essentials when the room itself I purchased was a couple hundred as is.
