“We booked a king bed and when we got there, someone else was in our room. We had to go to the only room that was available which was a queen. I don’t mind, but they refused to adjust our rates so I basically paid for another couple to stay in an upgraded suite. The staff is also lacking in manners and were very unhelpful.
